We have an experienced team of ten plus machine designers and engineers.  They utilize SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor 3D software as well as AutoCAD.  Our solid models used for design enable our customers to see their machine before we begin, reducing rework and surprises.  Our Gibbs CAM software and in-house machining capabilities speed production of parts for shorter lead times.

From simple pick and place mechanisms to complete machine design we have the ability to build machines that work and work reliably.

Our experience includes many types of packaging machines, material handling systems, lean manufacturing work stations, rotary dial machines, intermittent motion, and precision synchronous assembly equipment. 

We take pride in our compliance with your specifications including the use of your preferred mechanical components.  Our assembly drawings and the full bill of materials are a part of our documentation package.
